Official contest rules

The Advantage Club — October 2026 Forno Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Century 21 Lesand Advantage Realty Corp. o/a Century 21 Advantage, Suite 203, 4807 50 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 4A5. Patrick Galesloot administers the contest on the brokerage’s behalf.

2. Who can enter

Open to Alberta residents who are 18 or older when they enter. The sponsor’s owners, employees, brokers and associates, anyone administering this contest, and people living in their households are not eligible.

3. How and when to enter

Submit your name and email using the form on this page, confirm your eligibility and accept these rules and the Contest Privacy Notice. No purchase, real estate transaction, referral or marketing subscription is required. Entry is free. Limit one entry per person for the entire contest, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Only the first valid entry from each person counts.

Entries are accepted while the form is open, through October 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The entry system’s receipt time determines whether an entry is on time. Incomplete, late, automated or fraudulent entries are not eligible. Please provide accurate contact information.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a $100 CAD gift certificate for Forno Restaurant in Red Deer. There is one prize, with an approximate retail value of $100 CAD, available to eligible entrants throughout Alberta.

5. Draw and odds

One potential winner will be selected at random on October 23, 2026 from all eligible entries received before closing. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Confirming the winner

Patrick will personally contact the selected entrant using the email supplied. Before receiving the prize, the entrant must confirm eligibility and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. Contact Patrick if an accessible way to complete the question is needed.

If the selected entrant is ineligible, declines the prize, does not correctly answer the question or cannot be reached after reasonable contact attempts, another potential winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries using the same process. Patrick will arrange delivery of the gift certificate directly with the confirmed winner. No payment is required to claim the prize.

7. Privacy and questions

Entry information is used to administer this contest as explained below. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorize publication of your name or photograph. For contest questions, contact Patrick at patrick.galesloot@century21.ca or 403-357-9142.

8. Fair administration

The sponsor may verify entries and eligibility and exclude entries that do not comply with these rules. If a technical problem materially affects the contest, the sponsor will take reasonable steps to preserve a fair draw and communicate any material change on this page, subject to applicable law. These rules do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contest privacy notice

Century 21 Lesand Advantage Realty Corp. o/a Century 21 Advantage collects your name, email, eligibility confirmation, rules acceptance and version, entry time and submission identifier to record your entry, prevent duplicates, run the draw, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and provide the prize. The contest system also uses keyed security identifiers and request counts to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the contest database.

The entry database is hosted with Supabase in Canada Central. Patrick, authorized contest administrators and the service providers operating the entry system handle information for these purposes. The website and entry-processing services may also process information outside Canada, including in the United States. The website’s platform privacy policy describes its separate technical data processing. Contact Patrick for our policies and practices about service providers outside Canada, or with questions about their collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal information.

Entering does not add you to a newsletter or marketing mailing list. Contest records are kept only as long as reasonably required for contest administration and applicable legal or business purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.

You may ask about your information, request access or correction, or withdraw your entry and consent for contest administration, subject to applicable legal limits. Withdrawing information needed to administer your entry means it cannot remain in the draw.
